Overview
Seers combine two distinct but related gifts: Precognition — the ability to perceive clues about the future — and Psychometry — the ability to perceive emotional impressions tied to objects and places through touch. What unites these is that both are forms of reading what most people cannot perceive. The Seer sees the residue of the past and the probability-shapes of the future simultaneously, which is as disorienting as it sounds and as useful as it seems.

Masking Practice
Seers typically mask as Augur Sorcerers — carrying divination tools (cards, runes, pendulums) and performing visible reading rituals before voicing premonitions.

Choose one option at each level as you advance. The choice at each level is permanent.

Option A — Surface Read: Touch an object or person and receive a faint emotional impression — the dominant feeling associated with this thing or person in the last 24 hours. No cost, automatic.
Option B — Probability Sense: Before a decision with significant consequences, receive a brief but accurate sense of whether proceeding will benefit or harm you specifically. No cost, automatic.

Option A — Object History: Hold an object for a full minute and receive vivid impressions of its significant past. Roll Perception + Empathy (diff 6).
Option B — Likely Outcome: Focus on a specific question about the next 24 hours and receive the most probable answer. Roll Intelligence + Occult (diff 6).

Option A — Deep Reading: Extended psychometric reading of a place or object's full significant history in sequence. Roll Perception + Empathy (diff 7); 3 successes for a complete account.
Option B — Vision of the Path: See the most likely outcome of a specific decision or event over the next week. Roll Intelligence + Occult (diff 7).

Option A — Psychic Echo: Relive the most traumatic or significant event at a location as if present, in real time. Roll Perception + Empathy (diff 8).
Option B — Cascade Read: See two or three branches of a current decision point. Roll Intelligence + Occult (diff 8); 4+ successes reveals the currently most probable branch.

Option A — True History: Perceive the complete history of a person, place, or object from creation to present. -2 dice on all rolls for 24 hours afterward. Roll Perception + Empathy (diff 9).
Option B — The Fixed Point: Identify one outcome that is genuinely inevitable given current conditions. Once per month. Roll Intelligence + Occult (diff 9); Storyteller confirms accuracy.
