Who They Are
Enforcers maintain order in Basilica Purgatory — city watch officers, private security contractors, licensed bodyguards, and the informal muscle keeping the Undercity's more volatile districts from chaos. Not all are BTAC; many operate in spaces the BTAC doesn't effectively reach. In a city with five supernatural factions operating invisibly within its walls, Enforcers are often the first ordinary humans to notice something is wrong, even if they can't name what it is.

Roleplaying the Enforcer
The best Enforcer characters have a clear personal sense of what order means to them — not just the BTAC manual, but what justice actually looks like in a city this complicated. That definition gets tested constantly. Enforcers are also the Mundane Human most likely to encounter the supernatural first: a wound that heals too fast, a face impossible to remember, a disturbance with no trace. How they respond is one of the most character-defining questions available to this Profession.
