Werewolf (Garou) Tribe

Peacekeepers of the Tribes

Who They Are

The Children of Eshtarra, formerly the Children of Gaia, renamed themselves at the moment of their rebirth — deliberately. They are not Gaia the Elder's children recovered; they are Eshtarra the Younger's children, made anew with a new purpose. Where the old tribe sought peace because the world was worth preserving, the Children of Eshtarra seek peace because the world must be rebuilt, and you cannot build while you are fighting each other. They are the diplomats and healers of the Garou community, holding open the conversation when other tribes have stopped listening.

Viewpoints

On... ...they say
Black Furies Their anger serves justice. We channel our anger into healing the wounds that anger was right to feel.
Fianna They keep the stories alive and remind us that beauty survives catastrophe. We need that reminder.
Get of Fenris Their strength is real and necessary. We ask only that they know when the fight is over.
Glass Walkers They built bridges between the old world and the new. We appreciate bridge builders.
Silent Striders They connect us to each other across distances we could not cross alone. Invaluable.
Kindred We have more in common than either of us admits. We were all remade by something larger than ourselves.
Hunters They serve the balance. So do we. The overlap is larger than the friction.
Hellions They helped rebuild the world at significant cost to themselves. That earns our permanent respect.

Children of Eshtarra Tribe Gift Path

●○○○○ Sense Wyrm (Passive) — corruption and spiritual damage register as a physical sensation, automatically, within their vicinity.

●●○○○ Mother's Touch (1 Gnosis, diff 6) — lay hands on a living being, heal 1 Lethal (or 2 Bashing) level. Cannot self-target.

●●●○○ Calm (1 Gnosis, diff 7) — speaking in Eshtarra's voice drops all Rage in the scene by 2 for every Garou present.

●●●●○ The Living Earth (2 Gnosis, diff 7) — establishes a sacred space carrying protection for one week: doubled healing, corruption cannot take root, hostile spirits need a successful opposed Gnosis roll to enter.

●●●●● Eshtarra's Embrace (3 Gnosis, diff 9) — channels Eshtarra directly for one scene: all allies auto-heal 1 damage per turn; Wyrd corruption in the area suppressed for a week after. The Child spends the next 24 hours in exhausted recovery.

Eshtarra's Gift & Tribal Cost

Eshtarra's Gift: The Healer's Grace Tribal Cost: The Peacekeeper's Burden
Permanent +2 dice to all healing-related rolls and all de-escalation Social rolls. Must make a Willpower roll (diff 7) to willingly enter combat when a non-violent solution hasn't yet been attempted. Not pacifism — they will fight when they must, but not before genuinely believing another way is gone.
